I usually have: Multi grain english muffin egg white omlet with a little cheese on it ham (thick cut slice) Stick them all together and you got a great sandwich for breakfast..
Argh now I remember that I forgot to try a McGriddle when I was Stateside this year. >:[ My breakfast? Let's just say it consists of... 2 x toast [Wholegrain Assortment] 2 x spread [Vegemite yeast extract Assortment] CRIKEY!
Usually, my breakfast is a bowl of Frosted Flakes, or a protein bar, supplemented by a hard-boiled egg.
I haven't made this in years, but my breakfast sandwich was a piece of french toast, sunny side up egg, sausage patty, 3 strips of bacon, piece of french toast, lightly dusted with powdered sugar, and maple syrup covering it all.
Sounds absolutely gross, just like a McGriddle or one of those nasty krispy creme hamburgers. Sugar and meat should not mix.
I had an idea a while back. Pretty good but has a lot of calories. Take a piece of toast. Spread peanut butter of your choice on toast. Use just a dollop of syrup and mix into peanut butter. Chop up a banana into small pieces and put them on the toast. I like eating mine open face, but to each his own.
That sounds quite tastey. I usually put some honey whenever I have PB& B sandwiches... My sandwich is a little more...ordinary though. Just two pieces of toast, eggs, ham fried up real quick, several tomato slices, ketchup, and maybe Miracle Whip depending on how I'm feeling.
Yeah we were talking about the same thing while eating pancakes yestrday, wuite funny you posted this at almost the same time. X] But we had pancakes and bacon seperatly(with pineapple...om nom nom)
Not really. Breakfast is the best meal you can go balls out on. Why Americans are so fat: 1) Lunches are even worse that's what's mentioned here because it involves some sort of unhealthy sandwich (like a greasy ol' burger, pizza, KFC, whatever). 2) Snacks are often just totally irredeemable empty calories. 3) Dinner is much like Lunch. 4) Americans are also hard workers, which causes stress and messed up schedules. This leads to stress eating and eating late (don't eat before bed time). 5) Everyone is so fucking sedentary because jobs are meaning more and more "sit on your ass". They are also stressful and the last thing many people want to do is leave work to work out for an hour or two. 6) People drink way too little water. If you drink enough water and work out enough, eating whatever you want within reason is usually fine.
