Remember all of those dystopian sci-fi movies you've seen over the years? Might not be sci-fi for much longer.

Pretty much as soon as you see someone play mods (not negative: No better term) and post rules, you know it's been reported, and is going to get the lockdown.

Before it **does** though, that's an interesting link, and I appreciate it. Will participate.

I didn't report shit, just posting the obvious. Every thread on this whole SOPA thing has been locked up right quick, right or wrong.

Honestly man, with this one, it's going to even put a lot f the getting around shit to rest if passes. It's pretty hardcore, and honestly I know that most online users wouldn't even BOTHER getting the most safe things for fear of IP bans.

And, on top of that it's going to greatly effect even video streaming sites like Youtube.

I haven't seen potential to change so much in terms of online activity in a loooong time.

True, but its like they say, "where there's a will, there's a way." I agree that this will affect a lot of sites that currently offer streaming content, but honestly....I feel this is gonna be one of those long drawn out battles.

Actually after a recent backlash by their customers with many of them jumping ship to other hosting companies in protest, Go Daddy stopped supporting the bill. If you are looking for cheaper web service many companies are offering big discounts in protest of sopa.

In case the SOPA happens and this place gets shut down because of DarkPrimes TFP vids or something, I will say good buy to Transformers World 2005 and possibly the fandome. Being here has given a completely different look at the fandome.

Yeah, I don't think this site would get shut down. TGWTG and Cinemassacre would undoubtedly get shut down, but I'm pretty sure all the fansites out there would be safe.
