After watching the Previs shots, which are low res and in some cases, expanded versions of the final shots, I noticed that both Optimus and Ironhide were hanging from Scavenger. It might be common knowledge to everyone but me, but the previs shots let you see things that you start to compare, and notice things you hadn't before. Kinda cool.

The previs also made me realize that there are soldiers riding on Iron Hide in the beginning. In the previs Ironhide starts transforming while they jump off. In the final shot, you see their heads poking out from the cab, but they are completely hidden during the Transformation. Still the hint that they ride on his back was kinda neat.

Yeah, he's the one who actually knocks Demolishor off the road, he jumps on his wheel (off screen) and then shoots at the forks until the wheel is dislodged.

Digital 3F animatic, short for pre-visualization. It;s a storyboard with full motion to assist the Production.

"Previs" Are like basic animation outlines for the scenes animated in CGI. Watching the previs scenes from the bonus features DVD, there was alot of stuff they cut from the scenes. The scene with Sideways actually had him transform and fire some shots before running and get sliced by Sideswipe. I thought that would have made the scene better... didn't like that it was like he was just running and got killed just for fleeing.

There were alot of ideas the designers had that apparently Bay cut... there were better versions of Jetfire (some more g1 based and some of the "old man" Jetfire designs were much cooler),as well as more cool looking heads on the twins.

Overall, I hope Hasbro will involve themselves in the movie 3 designs more, and ask Bay to tone down the potty humor.

He actually is. I always thought Optimus climbs down from Demolisher's head to his bottom wheel and dislodges him but it's certainly Ironhide. I all so just noticed that Optimus rolls across the screen when Demolishers hits the ground right before he goes under the building.

That's pretty confident, considering that he actually is. He's on the right side of Demolisher right before he falls. I only thought to look closer because the Previs showed Ironhide helping to bring Demolisher down.

He's there. Just watch right after Ironhide drives through the fire, the next time they show Demolisher, he's hanging on the right side.

The previs shows Hide actually transforming, so that transition is more natural. The final shows Hide driving through the flames, and all of a sudden he's on Demolisher
