I have a sega CD system here, its the genesis sitting ontop a large add on top of the sega CD I have two power adapters, an RF switch, but can't get the CD part to work, there's like, no buttons to turn the cd part on that I can find am I missing a part?
here is what I have do I need a cable that goes from the bottem part to the top part? I tried looking around for instructions but couldn't find any its my girlfriends sega, and she wants to play willy beamish, but we can't figure out how to make it work, she doesn't remember how either we can play hockey just fine but we'd like to get the CD part working
oh I got it! you have to take the cartridge OUT of the other system before the CD part kicks in.. I guess that makes sense lol thanks anyways
I'll run it by my brother if I can catch up to him. He's an expert with these things. According to him, all you need is to pop off the panel on the right hand side (where it attaches to the Mega CD) and plug the two in on those ports. You also need both power supplies attached and on. That's all, no other cables according to him. I know his works (boy does it ever work!) and I think his is the same setup. Not sure if he's got the other Mega CD, but they aren't that different, though. Hope you get it working.
*cries* I miss my SegaCD, Genesis, and 32X. I also miss my Saturn. I want to go back in time and kick my own ass. Always looking for a better deal when I was younger. Idiot.
Willy Beamish! I always wanted to play that game and I don't really know why...I recall reading a long review of it with a walkthrough and it sounded amusing in a weird way, hope you find it!
