Everything about him looks right, except his head doesn't seem to come out all the way, it's always angled down, like he's asleep standing up. Also, his waist just kinda sits there, doesn't quite snap into place. I'm not sure if that part is transformed incorrect. Help?

 

I think thats just the way he is unfortunately I dont have mine in hand yet hopefully it arrives tomorrow but from the pics ive seen he looks slumpy

 

This is a problem with all Ironhide's, there are ways to fix it though

and, boy, is he blue-faced about it.
Seibertron.com has a fix(see link in previous post).
There is also a fix in tfw's feedback thread for ironhide.
Both involve trimming away plastic.
