I hope you prepared yourself with a flask of coffee and a week's supply of sandwiches before you started.

Push down more firmly at the joint where the elbow meets the lower arm.

Just as you pushed the arm down as far as you "think" you can, twist it to the side and, as you twist it back, push down. I should have clicked down one last time.

And don't listen to these guys, I transform my MP-05 every day and I've only broken two clips so far.

The blind leading the blind. That guy has a speech impediment and can't even hold the camera still. I seriously think he has some developmental problems.

I had the same problem. The piece that connects the shoulders and forearms, the one that folds up, in addition to folding also clicks up and down in the arm. When transforming it naturally it seems to click down to the next-to-last spot by itself, but if you take a look you'll see there's still a gap in the track. Give it a firm push and it will click all the way down and the arm will line up.

I just got mine Friday (owing to the seller I bought it from importing by boat to try and avoid customs) and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't find the transformation as difficult as people have made it out to be. The above was the only point that really tied me up, and upon closer examination I figured it out pretty quickly. Everything else was a breeze, and I usually hate complicated transformations.

Please leave it open. The train-wreck part of my brain can't look away.

If he got as upset as he did about Devastator, I can't wait to find out how upset he gets when he breaks MP-05.

i should get mine in the next few days, am worried about the amount of force he puts into getting that shoulder off though, i don't want to break it

If you do it properly, (which from what I've read, not many people do) it doesn't require any force at all. Everything has a trick to it: the shoulders, the elbows, the head, the legs...
