Yeah, actually, being serious for just a moment, i think Henkei Mirage is starting to scrape that figure for a sealed, or at least boxed, example.

Although Henkei and Classics prices seem to bounce all over the place...and i suspect some of those numbers are a factor of impatience...
Meh. I think i'll keep my spare for now.

    I blame the seller

I personally do not own any chms figures but understand their purpose ( to allow people to get a representation of a figure at a reasonable price).

I think it is insane that abfew deluxe figures cam go for over 200. Im looking at my shelf and see two counterpunches and just those two can go for about 400. Ridiculous

I blame the crazy mark up as much as chms

EBay has a pretty damn strict policy with selling any type of reproduced item that is not presented as "not the real thing"

To the OP, if its.a big deal, just go through the system. If u used paypal I don't think you have ANYTHING to worry about. EBay is SO skewed to the buyer now, I will not sell on there anymore. Sellers have hardly any protection anymore.

I personally can understand your frustrations. BUT....It does NOT make someone a cheap skates. NOR do I like your quotations of the word ''collectors'', as if your less of a collector for having KO's. Don't get me started on how 3rd parties are considered KO's by Hasbro.

Imagine how much more the Takara toy would sell for if CHMS didn't make a cheap KO.

Did the fake one have the bio card on the right of the package or the left? This was brought up in the KO thread and it was a noticeable difference.

I get your reasoning for hating the ko's out there, but you can't hold the companies making them responsible for the seller screwing you over. Another possibility is that the seller didn't know it was a chms product.. hopefully you get it solved through. Good luck to you.

I know exactly how you feel man. This one time, instead of the figure listed in the auction description, some eBay scammer sent me a fork. Now I hate all forks and refuse to use them.

Hhahahaahaha. Someone needs to sig that, asap.

Also, as far as wishing death on people because of toys, I think it's just part of the fandom at this point.

I'd blame the seller for being dishonest. I would not mind buying a few KO's myself.

Takara logo and embossed text, just like the real thing. The printing quality is superb too. I've carefully examined the tape and cardback to see if it had been resealed, but no - it hasn't been tampered with.

The packaging looks identical to that of the original.

Only thing wrong I see here is that you spent 140 USD on a Henkei Mirage. It's a rare figure, sure, but 140 USD? I sold mine here in the junkions [to miscreant, if I'm not mistaken] for around 80 USD shipped.

Other than that, contact the seller and see if he knows it was a knock-off or not, before opening up a paypal dispute.

To the people questioning how much he spends on figures per month, or why he bought something he wants to sell either way, or why he asked about a selling price when he didn't have it yet...who gives a f*ck? Are you for real?
