I use custom really loosely in this sense but this is a very funny item I could not pass up. It is not mine but funny nonetheless.

    Check it out here!

What a crazy listing and I hope this guy makes a bunch of money for charity. It is listings like this that keep me coming back. I love the "patent pending" part of it.

Its not really that, its just a waste of a great and rare toy. The idiotic things people will do for charity. Doing stuff for charity is great and all but at least put some effort into it, this kind of stuff is just lazy and self indulgent because the person gets the accomplished feeling that they have done good for a good cause when in reality they have done jack shit to earn it.

Good cause, horrible execution. The seller could have spent 50$ on paint and could have made a huge profit for charity. Instead he comes off as " haha looks ats meees, i be coools! PAYPAL?"

Idiotic and wasteful. He should have just sold it for charity as is instead of trying for the stupid "WHEEEEEEEEE LOOK AT ME!!!" factor.

Yeah, honestly he didn't need to pull off that kinda stunt. All he would've needed to do was to just say he's selling it for charity, that would've been enough to get people's sympathies (and money). Hell, people are most likely NOT interested in paying for it now.

Or maybe he's trying to make a point against kitbashers, I dunno. I doubt it.

The guy is an ass. As allready mentioned, he should have customized it in some way, be it just a new paint job. Or sold it as is. I really can't understand people destroying toys like Unicron. He isn't some cheap "a buck" toy.

Why would you want a crushed and broken unicron? And it is nice he's giving the money to charity.

Well, not something *I* would do, but is Unicron really that rare? I remember Target clearancing them for less than $10 a few years ago.
