I saw a TR Hot Rod custom that had a Daniel figure (that came with MP Ultra Magnus I believe).
Well, I don't have MP Ultra Magnus, not will I get one just for a Daniel.

And Human Alliance figures are too large.

So what I would like to know is if anyone out there knows of any human figures that will fit in a TR vehicle- Hot Rod in particular. I know I trash talk this figure but I intend to fix this figure's woes, de-HM it, and find or make a Target master. And I also want a human to fit in it that I can pass off as Daniel.

So does anyone know of any figures available at the right size? In the stores, or online, or even from Shapeways?

Well, you could get the Diaclone reboot Dia-Naughts 8 pack: Diaclone Reboot - DA-04 Dia-Naughts Set of 8 - Transformers Diaclones & Pre TF Diaclone Reboot

...but I don't think they would pass as Daniel.

Other than that, you could look into non-posable figures for model kits, though I don't know of any off the top of my head.

I'm not opposed to repainting them; but I really can't tell how big / small these guys are.

I guess if all else fails I can go buy a TM, strip the face off, and call it Daniel or something.

 

How about the little Star Wars figures that came with the first few waves of the crossovers?

 

After just recently watching the Headmasters series, I really want to get that MP Daniel figure to go with TR Wheelie.

 

For anyone in the know, would Dr. Wu's figures be the correct size?
