    The joke is that most movie transformers look more like bugs than their namesakes. Mirage, Sideswipe, Starscream, Frenzy, so on and so on, etc;...

    You know, if you wanted a generic looking bug, I wouldn't have gone with a praying mantis. Also, movie Soundwave has the most G1ish helmet this side of Optimus Prime.

    Except Mirage and Sideswipe look nothing like insects, Starscream's eariler designs did but his finalised design barely retains any of the insectoid attributes, (all he has left are the "mandibles", which are really just the design of his chin since he has a proper mouth. His head actually mostly resembles a samurai's helmet) and Frenzy's supposed to look creepy and bug-like, reflecting his skittish, hyper-active personality.
    Yeah, the closest thing his has to bug asthetics is how his faceplate moves when he talks, and even then when he's not talking it's one piece.

    i cant wait for this one to come out!!!! we will probably comes out in package in summer or fall. i hope we could see it at BOTCON. a sneak preview of HA soundwave!!! cant wait for it and i will definitly pick it up and this will be my only HA figure unless they come out with Optimus prme or dinobots! i want those to come out too! PLEASE POST IF YOU WANT ANY OTHER HA FIGURE OR FIGURES!!!

    Hopefully we see more of the HA line at botcon, soundwave included. Since I'm only collecting HA and cyberverse, I'd be giddy if they showed a ton of HAs.
