well that was a letdown...

 

I'll never understand the hate for Skids and Mudflap from Transformer fans. The series has ALWAYS had characters like that. Grimlock, Wheelie, Wreck-Gar... there's always some character who's design or attitude/personality is so totally ******ed that they can only have been created as a joke. Even otherwise normal-looking characters like Grimlock can be turned stupid with a little bit of writing magic. They've always done that because it adds some flavor to what would be a BORING franchise if everyone in it looked and sounded like Optimus Prime.

I'm glad we'll have some comic relief in this movie. Frenzy was my favorite Transformer in part one, and with him decapitated I was worried there might not be a replacement.

 

OMFG BLURRY BOXART?! Why not just post everything at once. This extreme milking is total ballshat. Watch, they won't show the rest of the box until August or later.

 

Can't even be bothered with this pic. What a waste, but I guess to the arker, it is his way of keeping the suspense. Oh well.

 

 

What exactly am I supposed to be looking at? I mean, there's really no news here and I have a hard time seeing that as being part of the box... unless Hasbro has started airbrushing little human figures now... it appears that someone spliced a pic together. Essentially, another blurry image FTL.

Eh, the quick ones... like Ravage where it was obvious that they were trying not to get caught taking the picture. Yeah. This is just as bad as the pics where they have the boxes and they start leaking little teaser bits and pieces to get their news counts up as high as they can. It's poor online journalism and not something that I figured TFW would support. However, it seems that TFW has gone downhill lately as far as being a place for actual news. Especially when they keep posting such things like it's the cat's meow.

That's essentially all that shots like this are about. How many news credits these guys can get. It's really a shame that this kind of poor journalism is supported on what's a top notch site. Oh well.

 

I guess this is where we'll really find out just how much Skids is loved or hated. At $20-30 a toy this character isn't exactly a casual purchase and I don't recall a lot of love around for what we know of the character or the toy.

All Human Alliance shots so far have been movie 1 photos, Sam and Epps as well.

Still seems legit to me.

 

Didn't she say if she was made into an action figure she would kill herself. I clearly remember that interview.

 

Before anyone gets too "excited" about a Megan Fox figure, remember that the Human Alliance figures are about 1/2 the size of a G.I. Joe figure, so it's not like there's gonna be all that much detail or even a realistic likeness.

 

Someone at Hasbro must really hate her then.
