    yeah im new around here, and im really just trying to find out what happened to the human alliance mudflap? i never came across him in south florida. sorry if this has been discussed, but i couldn't find the answer

    It was never released in the U.S.A., But it was everywhere in Canada.(Lucky canadians) Also, in recent news, it's popping up in TJ-MAXX's.

    it seems to be limited release (in sparce, varying areas), recently though, there have been numerous sightings for mudflap at TJMAX stores for less than original retail....otherwise you could prob hunt the ebay or other sites or the junkion (some people in canada were more fortunate to find him in numbers)
