    Hey all,

I just got a thought and wanted to post about it,as popular as the Human Alliance line has been do you think Hasbro should expand it to include more movie characters like Brawl,Blackout, and others?.I really hope they consider it as Blackout had the best design in the first movie and even tho his voyager size figure is nice he IMHO sucks when you think about him in say a leader size class or even better a supreme. To me Blackout was the best decepticon in the first movie by far.I really think Hasbro should think about doing that. What about yall?.Thanks guys.

They're only doing cars because the bigger vehicles would be too expensive.

I'm hoping that Ferrari from DotM gets the human alliance treatment.

I don't think they will go beyond standard cars. IMO the newer deluxes are mopping the floor with the Human Alliance series anyway. Like BB Bee and SA Swipe. If we get a deluxe Jazz in the same vein as the HA version I would have pretty much no further use for the series.

Ditto. HA molds of characters like the Ferrari Autobot are the only TF3 toys I'll consider buying.

I'm not so sure how "popular" the HA figures are. Most of them are great figures (except Sideswipe), but I think deluxes are far more popular.

For me, the only stuff from the movies I own are the HA and Leader class figures. I would hate to see them discontinue the series, one way they could spice it up with collector demand would be to do some variants like G1 paint schemes of Sideswipe and Jazz. I mean let's face it, at a msrp of $30-$35 the target audience would be adult fans of Transformers.

Hey Nez,I will tell ya that even tho I don't know about other parts of the country how "popular" HA figures are,but here they pretty much are gone within a week when Wally World gets them in stock, but going by my own opinion they seem like they are popular. But like my OP I would like to see other screen characters get the HA treatment, but like someone said that Hasbro didn't have plans to do other vehicles but I think that statement is open ended, since they said "had no plans" as opposed to "never",so I am not giving up hope that we will see a HA Blackout someday maybe 5 or 6 years.Just saying.

Wouldn't acquiring rights to a Ferrari Italia be quite (very) expensive?

I think Hasbro should let the original HA BB mold die.

They shipped it for seven waves straight, at least one toy per every case of two... and next summer they're throwing it at us again, with little retooling.

    /rant.

Probably. Although Paramount may have more cash to throw at that than Hasbro(?)

I don't see why one would assume that. The rights aren't the car. I see no reason to assume that expensive car equals expensive license.

The whole issue would be the demand for those rights from toy companies and Ferrari's customary licensing fees. Heck, maybe Ferrari has a practice of low licensing fees because they see it as free advertising.

I'm happy to see that they are bringing it along for the TF3 ride.

Not really interested in the BB Repaint, but that dunebuggy thingy looks pretty slick.

I'd assume that rights to make TF toys of the car would have been part of the deal to get it in the movie.
As well as the new car bots and cons I'm hoping that Sideswipe gets a new mold instead of a convertable retool. His HA was IMO terrible.

I don't think they would include the car in the movie as a Transformer if they didn't have the rights.
