This is a new project. Nobody ever built a 1976 Camaro model kit in plastic or diecast so i used a 1979 kit and shaved the fender vents, T-tops, and other various parts. I'll have to build bumpers from scratch as well as the jobber cowl induction system.
Everything seems to be working out and should even be able to fit the old interior for Sam to sit in.

    *Updated with more panels installed.*

Suweet, I always thought a human alliance bee with his 76 model alt mode would be a really cool idea. Curious to see how this turns out! Is the base the reverse color HA bee that is out now?

I've actually got all the parts to do my own non transforming version. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I'm excited to see how you get yours working.

Coming along nicely. That version did grow on me and it'll be nice to see it more detailed than the deluxe one we got.

Very cool! I wanted to do one too but like you couldn't find a '76 kit. Kudos for doing the hard footwork and paving the way. I'd still like to tackle this down the road.

Looking great so far man! i started mine months ago but i havent had time to continue so far... although im using the oversized KO as for the reshell (and it works, although i need to resculpt several pieces)

I though about getting that model kit but since it wasnt cheap, i needed to know if the size could work... and it does from what im seeing!

So it wasn't just me that had problems finding it.

I found one in the back corner of a hobby shop and grabbed it immediately. I'm glad I did. :)
