Anybody order stuff from them? They have an anime figure I want, which I've already bought once online to have it be fake... got my money back though no problem, lol.

But are these guys any good?

I did business with them once. that was all I needed to make sure I never give them money ever again. I had to even dispute my order as they never shipped the last half, even though the swore everything was in stock. They will change your shipping preference to something lower. I paid for express then sent it via boat then by ground. Was pissed. I recommend staying far far FAR away from them regardless if they have anything you may want. I assure you the headache recieved from doing business with them is not worth it.

I think what I am trying to say is they suck.

I have never purchased from them but I have heard that they are not a good company to deal with.

I dealt with them once, actually received my stuff and everything, but I certainly wouldn't do so again. Too many horror stories floating around.

Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever build the Insa... deal with them. They'll get you by showing what appears to be an inventory of incredible older toys seen nowhere else or at great prices. Problem is, AT BEST they only have half the items listed.

Yeah, half the reason I asked is because what I am looking for, they claim to have in stock, but no place on the internet has it, or has had in stock for over a year! So I was immediately thinking something was fishy.

    Thanks everybody!

I ordered from them 2 times, and got my items fine each time. I will continue to order from them when they have something I want, until I have a bad experience
