So Energon Kicker is based off of an old Microman body right?
And Perceptor has a third alt-mode, a holdover from his Microchange days- A tank designed to fit the old Microman guys.
See where I'm going with this: Kicker could ride inside Perceptor!
So could anyone post pics to help me quell my insane musings?

Yeah, the Magnificus / Ga'mede set made use of that third mode. Ga'mede was based on the same Microman body as Kicker so Kicker should be able to ride the Perceptank. I guess that also means Kicker might fit on the Megatron "cannon" mode.

I thought Energon Kicker was based on a GI Joe style body?

Given this, wouldn't it mean that he won't fit on Perceptor?

Superlink Kicker of course was a MicroMan style body and should fit.

I didn't know Microchange came with their own little guys. I thought only Diaclone had that.

Superlink Kicker is based off the new Micromen from recent years though, not the old Microman bodies from the 80s. The new ones are much better articulated and proportioned than their antiquated counterparts. Granted, Superlink Kicker falls into pieces like he's made from an ancient relic that could disintegrate into dust if you look at it wrong, but still.

It actually went both ways. Takara originally made Henshin Cyborg to go with Combat Joe, the Japanese version of the original GI Joe. It became more popular than Combat Joe, so they spun it off into it's own line. Because vehicles for the 12" figures would be expensive and rather limited, they decided to make miniature versions of Henshin Cyborg called Microman.

Like mentioned before, Superlink Kicker was based on a microman.

    Energon
Kicker (the one with giant Highwhire) was not, he's not as poseable as Micromen, so he probobly won't work with perceptor.

Microchange didn't come with little guys. They were accessories that you bought FOR the little guys. Only the small things like the tape/vehicles came with micromen.

I'm still confused. Microchange is the line that had PreTF Perceptor, Blaster, Soundwave, Reflector, Megatron and the Minibots right?
