Cybertron's ambassador to a planet as biological aliens who are much larger than the Cybertronians so he wears the armor to better interact with them.

 

I d portray him like Ultra Magnus not like some carcass/uniform that anyone can wear

 

A subordinate of Optimus, who is insecure about his abilites and built an exo-suit as a means of "compensating". Maybe have him be of the same "clan" as Optimus, explaining why they look similar.

 

He and Orion Pax are brothers. They have two parents who are spark mates. They fused their sparks and one huge spark came of it that eventually separated. When they took the sparks to be forged they came out as Orion Pax and Dion Pax. Orion and he both become cops and during a Decepticon protest meet Megatronus (Not the prime) and Ariel. Orion takes to Ariel and becomes good friends with Megatrouns. Dion follows his brother and partner because he's not as trusting . A riot breaks out at a rally and Megatronus tells his followers to defend themselves against the Senate's soldier's. Orion and Dion try to step between the two and while Megs is rethinking the violence a shot is fired and catches Orion sqaure in the spark. Dion attends to his brother who tells him to stop the the fighting. More shots are fired on both sides and Dion chases the instigater to a dead end the bot says for the Unicron or something and explodes catching Dion in the blast. The Pax brothers are both rebuilt by one of the bots whose spark bonding created them. Prima who is still alive but pretending to be someone else. (Either he or Alpha Trion) He rebuilds his "sons" one as Optimus Prime the other as Ultra Magnus.

I also figure the spark bonding participants wouldn't raise their offspring. The state would take care of them for the purpose of assigning jobs.

The Quitessons would secretly be running the show with Leige Maximo as their figure head in the Senate. All would have been created by Primus but the Quintessons came into contact with Unicron's dark Energon and became corrupted.
