How would you have scaled the movie line?

Yeah, I'm sure this topic has been done before (maybe even done to death?)..but meh, whatever.

If you were to have done the scale for the movie line, what would it have been?

    Deluxe:
    Barricade
    Jazz
    Bumblebee
    Scorponok

    Voyager:
    Ironhide
    Ratchet
    Bonecrusher
    Brawl

    Leader:
    Prime
    Megs
    Starscream
    Blackout

Brawl may fit into leader better than voyager, but I'm not sure on the size of the abrams.

My fondest wish for the line would be a leader Starscream and a Supreme Blackout.

Since I'm flat broke, I would have built it around cars (Barricade, Bee, Jazz) as legends, and scale everything to that.

    Here's a quick response:

I would have scaled it... to scale.

I know, it sounds crazy but bear with me.

Frankly, the Autobots are all pretty decently scaled.
    Leader Prime
    Voyager IronHide
    Voyager Ratchet
    Deluxe Jazz
    Deluxe Bumblebee

The Decepticons are all over the place, but I can understand why Hasbro did it this way - to sell more product.

It makes sense to have more than one movie Decepticon in the Deluxe wave, and Starscream and Blackout even up the Voyagers.

It'd be nice to get a Leader sized Blackout and Starscream, but at this I'm not holding my breat. Maybe San Diego Comic Con will reveal some good news in this department. Honestly I'd be more thrilled with news of more Classics by that point though.

I don't really mind how they're scaled as-is, mostly for display purposes and cost. I know the Decepticons are way out of scale, but it would difficult to diplay them if they were too big. But hey, while we're pipe-dreaming, I'd say:

    Leaders, from tallest to shortest:
    Blackout
    Megatron
    Prime
    Starscream
    Thundercracker
Shockwave (game version.... assuming they ever produce a toy)

    Voyagers:
    Bonecrusher
    Brawl
Wreckage (heck, if they're gonna do him, might as well do him right)
Ironhide (should be the size that Ratchet currently is)
Ratchet (should be the size that Ironhide currently is)
Long Arm and Payload (again... do them right)

    Deluxes:
    Bumblebee
    Jazz (smallest of the Deluxes)
    Barricade
Scorponok (ideally would be able to combine properly with Leader Blackout)
    Dropkick
    Swindle

    Scout:
    Frenzy (transforming)
    Arcee

But like I said, I'm mostly fine with the way things are now. If I had to pick one change I'd like to see to how things currently stand, it would be getting a Leader Class Blackout.

Well going by the heights that have been given in a couple of threads:

Deluxe: Jazz, Bumblebees and Barricade (all to scale with each other)

    Voyager: Ironhide and Ratchet

    Ultra: Prime, Bonecrsuher and Brawl

Leader (or Super as it was in the BW days): Megatron, Starscream and Blackout. Balckout would coem with a transforming Scorponok which has the scorpion bot mode and combines with blackout in alt mode more discreetly.

Arcee and Frenzy woudl make good Scouts, even if they wouldn't be exactly to scale.

The only other change I would make would be to have '74 Bumblebee closer to the 08 in bot mode, with the feet and more detailed arms etc. I'm really surprised they designed two different molds: i thought that would be the perfect reason for a remold!

Every figure would have been Voyager classed, except for Op, who would be leader. I have no space for overly massive figures, and deluxes just don't have the engineering of their next-sized-up counterparts.
