Basically, what I did was unhinge his arms at his shoulders, unscrew the two halves form his head, and flip his head around ( NOT flip around! Make it face backwards! Basically, just note how the large holes that the treads peg into align with his forehead, as seen in the first pic), then put everything back together. (see pic where to unhinge) To unhinge those pins, just get a hammer and a small nail and tap away until the pins come out. Using pliers is a bit easier to pull the pin out once it starts to poke out the other side. This allows his arms to look more natural; how they are when he first transforms in the movie, crawling at the ground to move himself forward. It also allows him to pound the ground like in the movie when he transforms. I think this also makes his Excavator mode look more blocky like. His "shoulder bulk" now acts as "boosters" in motorcycle mode and robot mode, which looks cool. Tell me what you guys think!
