step 1: Pick a base figure nobody likes! *check* step 2: Make it into a character nobody knows! *check* The rules of my fembot collection call for only 1 version of any given character, so my movie Arcee had to become someone else on account of Animated Arcee, and I decided Nightracer might be kinda fun, if for no other reason than her unusual colors. Here she is with her all her deco on, in case you're wondering why my version has blue stripes. And yes, that IS a kissy-winky-girly version of the Decepticon logo on the sides of her bike mode. Here she is facing off with ROTF Chromia. Blam blam! Vroooooom! Say what you want about these motormaid designs, but I love the sense of motion the figures impart. It's just too bad the stands they come with kinda wreck the effect. That's why both my girls have custom LEGO stands that are less obtrusive and allow more dynamic posing. This is my first time ever trying drybrushing. I'm generally pleased with the results!
