Coat the ball joint lightly with super glue, then allow to dry. If that doesn't fix the joint, re-apply.

I use Tamiya modeling cement. And I don't coat the ball, I coat the socket. Putting too thick of a coat on the ball will cause stress marks or possibly cracks when you try to pop that sucker back in. So it'd be best to avoid that.

i use the nail polish. it's a lot easier for me and i don't wind up in the ER like Tim the Toolman Taylor, lol.

best of all to me, i have much better control on application.

Very thin coats of nail polish (with sufficient drying time) should do the trick. My BW Scorponok was the loosest figure I'd ever seen (he couldn't even stand up without falling over) & some nail polish made him brand new again. :)

Use Clear nail polish or nail hardener. Any brand will work.
