Customs: How to fix broken plastic

    My FE Bulkhead had a broken joint out of the package. Here is a pic. Is there anyway to fix that? Its the part where the bad red arrow is pointing. Thanks.

    Looks like a high stress area. I can kind of see a stress mark on the one opposite of that.

    I'd find out (as my bud above mentioned) if there is something causing stress on that particular area. If so, you may need to use a hobby knife to shave the plastic on the part(s) that may be causing any stress. Once that is taken care of, you could take some sculpting putty & apply a small amount into the crack/opening, smooth it out, then allow it fully dry & set.

    After that, you can try to match the paint to cover it up, or leave as-is. I don't think it will continue to break or crack more, but this could help prevent it from getting worse, if it's on a high stress area (sorry, don't have the figure to check myself or anything).
