I got HFTD Bumblebee today (amazing figure) but there are paint marks on the yellow plastic and it's rather annoying. I tried nail varnish remover but maybe it's the brand I used but it didn't work. A while ago nail varnish remover worked on my Leader Optimus.

Rubbing alcohol - for the most part you can leave a figure just sit in this for 12-24 hours. Some paint comes off and some does not. I usually get 91% at Target for under $2, it's the highest concentration I can find (I checked Walgreens too).

Acetone - I haven't tried this much myself. If you leave it soak it will melt the figure. I have read about using a cotton swab to apply it very sparingly.

Rubbing alcohol or acetone-free nail polish remover. I use the latter.
