Hardly ever....... I keep most of my collection in display cases, and in a room that dust hardly builds up in.

 

You do know that most household dust is like 90% dead human skin, right?

Not enough would be my answer. I've got 900 of the li'l buggers, I can't be arsed to do it ...

 

When I rearrange or when I can't see the paint under the layer of dust anymore.

 

Hey DJ Soundwave, where did you get stuff like those stackable glass/plastic cabinets for most of your TFs? That's EXACTLY what I need....

I dust when I rearrange a shelf or decide to take some pics. Which amounts to not nearly often enough.

 

Strangely enough out of all of your collection Piranacon caught my eye first. 

 

i move and transform them quite often, so unless its like RID prime and Magnus, in omega Prime mode who i hate to touch, they dont get a chance to get dusty... plus i rearrange often, and now and then i put them in the complete opposite mode they are positioned in for a few days.

 

Haven't dusted since I moved in over 2.5 years ago. My TFs all stay in a dedicated toy room with the door shut, and dust just doesn't get in there, so everything is still pretty clean and shiny.

 

Actually they're 10 gallon fishtanks.

 

Now I have to ask, how do you stack them? Do they interlock? The one's at walmart that I looked at do not. Also, how did you seal off the top containers so they are not open and gathering dust?

 

Mine are all in sealed glass cases, so dust really isn't an issue..Just fingerprints seem to magially form on the glass, even though I'm not touching it..

 

What is this 'dusting'?

 

Dusting? What's that? 

 

 

Because I moved a lot before, they got the treatment every 6-9 months.

Since I have been living at one place for a while I try and dust them more frequently. But usually end up doing what D_c said.
