How odd would it be if you went in to Target, Walmart or TRU in the US and saw an Arms Micron Breakdown or the Jet Vehicon on the shelf

I'd simply assume someone returned it and the staff didn't know any better.

    Then I'd buy it.

What's the point of this? Did you see those figure at retail or something?

In other news, I saw a Beast Wars Big Convoy yesterday at Wal Mart.

If I didn't already have them, I'll be in complete shock for a moment. Then laugh in my head as I take them to check out.

Are we to assume the store stocked the items of their own volition?

Or just, completely sight-unseen, for no real reason, they have Breakdown and Jet Vehicon on the shelves?

    Honestly, I wouldn't care.
I don't really care about Transformers Prime anymore.

I'd see it, think "Wow, apparently I live near a toy swapper with the intelligence of a shovel" and then buy it.

I went to Target once a few years ago and found an Encore reissue Convoy. It was 50 bucks. If I hadn't already had the original Takara reissue Convoy and a Hasbro reissue Optimus Prime, I may have caved in and bought it.

It wouldn't be nearly half as odd as this thread.

I'd have them check the back for more and sell them for less than they would be coming from Japan. Profit for me , great deal for the buyer.
Then I'd be staking out that store to see of any other oddities show up.

Punch myself to see if I was dreaming, then question the intelligence of the person who "returned" the figure(s).

If i were flush, i'd put a Hasbro barcode on the back of an Arms Micron Voyager, and return it just for shits and giggles.
