How much is a G1 Megatron going for?

    I mean a compete, Not MIB or MISB. I don't need a box for him. I am looking to get one, maybe at botcon this year.

    MISB: $700-$1500
    MIB: $200-$400
    Complete Loose Toy: $100-$240

    You should try and get it off eBay, because conventions like to raise prices for rare and popular toys like Megatron.

    I hope that's in Canadian dollars, cause that's really really high.

    I got mine loose complete for just over $50. Just found two on ebay with BINs of $75 each. Neither is perfect, but they're in pretty good shape and complete. And that's just the first page of results. So $50-100 is probably the range. I'm sure it'd be higher at the convention though, ebay is likely the cheaper route.

    Well, if you get lucky like me, you will get a reissue one (TFC), and a bunch of other TFC reissues, and a couple BWs, for $150 shipped, then you dont have to worry about spendin too much on just the Megatron. :)  But I bought a complete one with loose joints and stuff for about, $45, I think it was, but then I found out it had loose joints, got rid of it, and now Im getting a nice new reissue.

    HOWEVER for the price of a loose original you can get the Takara Box reissue for the same price or less.Plus you'd get the energy mace he used in MTMTE pt 2

    Just get the Takara reissue Megatron. About the same price as G1 loose and it's MISB.

    Just to chime in on the reissue thing- the TFC 06 reissue is kinda pricey, at least the MISB ones I've been looking at. Mostly $100-150 there. Loose can be had cheeper certainly, I just haven't watched those to see the prices.
