    Hey Guys,

I was just thinking even tho this may be a stupid question but how much do you think you have spent on your transformers, tho this ain't exact just a rough estimate, say $1000 to a hundred thousand?.Post away what you think. Thanks all.

I am not sure exactly but I think I have spent close to $12000 to $15000 on my whole collection.

    UPDATE:
Hey guys I just figured out how to add a poll to my thread,so if you wanna just do that then just do it.Also I forgot to add it can be anything from the
Transformers Brand meaning as long as says transformers you can post about it,but no you can't add power ranger megazords as those are not TFs.
    Thanks again guys and later.

    Between $3000-$4000.
Restricted generally to G1 chug etc, I save a lot avoiding most movie molds, alternators, etc etc. but anything Classics is a must buy. If I spent $$$$ on all lines, I'm sure I'd be penniless in my parent's basement.

You should add a poll with a bunch of different cost ranges.

From Beast Wars, BM, RID (Predacons/X-Brawn), Universe (Beast transformers only), and Alt Hound my parents or other family members got me.

Anything before Beast Wars or before Cybertron was either hand me downs (G1/G2), yard sale (A/E/U2), or flea markets (Alt Tracks, U2, RID Side Burn) that my parents got me.

From 2006 to now, maybe $800. I really dont know the true amount, I suck at numbers.

I mainly got the beast transformers from Cybertron, along with four basic vehicle transformers.
    BW 10th figures
    MP Skywarp for $30
All of Animated by three figures
    The Universe Cheetor and Dinobot.
Then 35 Movie 2 series figures.
    BW/BM Series Robot Heros
    $60 for Star Wars Transformers.

Holy Sh** brr-icy,I am surprised you had that much in them I just hate you had to get rid of most of them, but maybe one day you can get your collection back if you want to that is.

As for me,I will admit that I do go crazy sometimes, and buy 3 or 4 of the same figure, like I have 4 Generations Thrusts, and 3 Drifts, simply because I love there design, and maybe take some and kitbash them.I was think of doing one of the
thrust and drift in a combiner set, like Defensor but not sure yet. Also I am trying to downsize my collection to just the ones I really like, namely certain ones from all the lines.

Finally someone said I should put a poll up,but I am unsure how to make one, does anyone know. Thanks guys.

$24,000 if you count just the figures.
$28,000 if you count all TFs related items: figures, display cases, DVDs, video games, etc.
$30,000 if you count the $1140 worth of figures I have pre-ordered (too many awesome and very expensive things coming out in the next few months).

Well I've got about 3,500 toys and the average price is £10.00 so I guess that is about £35,000 pounds ($55,000) but that is over a very long period £1,500-£2,000 a year maybe.

Much of that expense would be either 1984-1988 and 1996-2010 when larger amounts of toys were made.

And I've not kept everything I've ever bought so some of that money has been recovered subsequently to that.

And that is just Transformers and does not include anything else I might have collected - though it is the only line i'm buying at the moment, I stopped buying Marvel figures and there's nothing else currently out that I'm prepared to make the effort to chase after.

As my rule now is only buy it if your going to play with it.

Anywhere from beteen £10k to £15 maybe? The thing is I've sold several grands worth of stuff off over the past few years, so the total worth of my collection is probably somewhere between those two figures.
