I'm holding off on TF3 for the majority of the characters. I'm mostly hoping for more accurate Voyager molds of Ironhide and Ratchet, and a Leader Megatron figure on par with with ROTF Prime. I try to get the "definitive" version of each character to save money and space.

 

If by complete you mean, do I have all the figures that I want then yes. If by complete you mean, do I have all the figures released then no. I don't feel the need to buy everything.

 

I never intended to start collecting TFTM. That's why I only have a few.
been on the fence about leader Brawl.
if i can get a decent price on him, i'll get him.

Blackout is the only figure from the movie i actually have, btw.

 

I only have a handful of the TFTM figures. I'm much closer to a "character completion" with the ROTF line.

 

The only molds from the first movie line are Deluxe Brawl, Deluxe Scorponok, Protoform Prime, Protoform Starscream, Incinerator and all of the Legends minus BB and Scorponok. Out of those molds the only ones I'm not planning to get in some way or another are Protoform Starscream and the Legends. Except the Grindor repaint of Blackout and the Tankor repaint of Brawl. And of those I'm getting, only Prime and Incinerator are gonna be the original versions. I'm planning to get Stalker Scorponok (cuz I can, really) and Deep Desert Brawl (cuz his shoulders stay in and the automorph gears don't break).

 

I completed mine long ago, I was just collecting all the in movie bots, so it was easy to get them all  

Now ROTF? different story, and I actually gave up, because they aren't even making half the in movie bots, and a lot of the toys, just don't do it for me to justify buying them (constructicons/devastator for example)

 

I have every Deluxe mold, every Voyager mold except for Megatron and Prime and the only Leader I'm missing is Brawl

 

I got all the ones that I cared for. I don't get every last one that comes out, just the ones that interest me. Moreso with RotF than the first Movie, though.

 

i'm not a huge fan of the movie toys, and am a little bit selective about which ones i pick up.

that said, i've been rather taken with some of the legends/scout class stuff from ROTF, which definitely seem to be a step up compared to previous figures in these classes.

won't be buying any more ROTF until red baron ransack and mindwipe's wave.

 

I have everything I wanted from the TFTM line. Not much came out that I wanted in that line, minus the Leader Optimus and the '07 Bumblebee. I have Ironhide, but I think that mold is in need of a MAJOR upgrade or just a new mold altogether.

 

I've got pretty much all I wanted from the first movie, which are probably less than 15 figures not including Legends, and some I got on clearance.

As for ROTF, I feel the better ones are yet to come.

 

Just picked up leader Brawl ... didn't get sucked into all the offscreen stuff...except Swindle (and Stratosphere) ...so I'm done until Bluray black Optimus comes in.

 

Just need a Ratchet to complete the first movie.

 

I limited myself to only the characters in the movie and, then, only one version of each (with exceptions for the two Bumblebees and the protoforms). With that said, I completed my movie collection over two years ago (late July or early August) when I found CC Bumblebee at Kohl's. Most ofthem now sit on a shelf in my room (although the crappier toys like Blackout and '76 Bumblebee were stored away because it's a small shelf), gathering dust and occasionally making me wonder why the hell I bothered with most of them.

I haven't bought most of the 2007 toys, but I'm getting all of the ROTF toys except by RPMs, dogtags, FABs, Powerbots and such. I have no interest in those.

This. but im gonna get Grindor instead. and I still need legends barricade, and movie color ratchet (legends) instead of the rescue one

 

Haven't got all the toys from the first movie. There's still quite a few that I would like to get, most notably Fracture and Landmine... if I can find them, that is.
