When I first had him, I did it a couple of times. But now that he has cosmic rust, I'm afraid to touch him, LOL.

I once had masterpiece megatron. I found transforming him to be not that difficult once I figured it out, I did it many times before I sold him.

Many times for me. He's not that hard once you work out what you're doing. Neither is he that fragile, as long as you're not a ham fisted cretin who treats a high dollar collectible like a Fast Action battler.

Just a few. A clip broke off the stupid thing the second time I transformed it. After that the tarnish/rust set in and I hate the figure now.

I'm sorry, but that's a load of bull. I can't think of any transformer more fragile than MP Megatron.

A good three or four times although I have often wished I hadn't started as I get to a point and get confused, it's not a partcularly intuative transformation and difficult to get all lined up so it fits snuggly together sometimes.

Never. I bought him, opened up the package, and set him on my shelf.

Just once. The transformation isn't that difficult, just too fiddly and too many parts that looked like they could break.

I never have an issue with him.
Rather easy transformation once you have it down, and nothing has broken on mine.

Pretty simple. Be careful and make sure things are lined up before applying pressure.

Once when I got him, then displayed him. He's complex, but not hard if you follow instruction.

Fist movie Leader Meg is much harder to transform, near impossible thanks to the stupid legs.

I transformed mine a few times.

I think the MP Megatron toy I have on display might have loose pin joints in the hips.

Why is MP Megatron so hard to get the dust off? Is it that he is so fragile that people are worried about cleaning in the hard to reach areas?

    ▲ I agree with this ▲

I chose "once", even though I did twice... just didn't feel like it qualified as "many times"

When I first got him I tried to transform him once or twice. I got pretty close to completing him except I had trouble getting his legs to go up and lock in position to form the gun's handle.
Plus, once in gun mode, he look's ridiculously large and unrealistic. His G1 counterpart look's much better in gun mode than MP Megs does. So, MP Megs just stays in robot mode with G1 Counterpart in gun-mode.
I didn't find him fragile at all, just couldn't get those legs up and locked. He is however a little flimsy and sometimes difficult to stand. But once you find his center of gravity, he'll stay standing forever.
I love mine as he look's so awesome in robot mode. I just wish they made him more to scale being a masterpiece and all.
