Seeing how we're starting to get 11 episodes in a row lately there's been talk of a huge break coming on. While a break is enivitable I hope that it won't take too long for it to go on. If it has a at least a 3 week break that'll be fine.

So what do you think of how long may this break may last?

Hmm lets see we got 11 episodes for 11 weeks unless we get another episode.
So I estimate 11 weeks of no episodes.

    Get the reference?

    First: *inevitable
Second: How about we just keep riding our hot streak here? Maybe they'll actually be able to keep up with animation this season.

He's looking for how long the break is, not the end of the world, Frank.

If there is a break, I hope it's a short one. If there isn't one, awesome :)

Having seasons with the same quantity of episodes, makes them have tangibly different time breakes?

I'd say probably after episode 13 airs and they'll return in the fall say September/October and run till November/December.

Well They're more likely gonna split the season in 2, besides they need to do some reruns to get all the toy sold before the new guys show up.

I guess. I mean if we're talking about that kind of wait for the next season I can fully understand but that seems to be a tad too long for a season break.

If they can make it last at least round July or August that's good enough.

Like a lot of people, I think the break will be very soon, and for a very long time.

(Last episode before Season 2 finale)

"Hai guyz! I hop u apricated teh marathon of tfp epsods! Butt noaw were taking a brake! Shuld b bac in November or Febuary! rotfciptorlolz! Pecs owt!"

My guess how the Prime guys send messages. :lol

I'm glad for the continuous episodes, though. Beats 3 month breaks.

Wasn't Season 2 delayed 3 months specifically to prevent breaks? From what I see, no one seems to remember that.

It could be pretty smart on their part for there to be a long break. It would build up suspense for the rest of season. I don't want it to happen, but I could it seeing happening that way

I kinda remember hearing that. It would be great if that was the case

This. There's no way they can keep up this pace.

I suppose that all depends on how far ahead they are with the story. Last year's Comic Con interviews revealed that the American side of the show spends about six months on one episode; incidentally, Polygon spends about the same amount of time per show as well.

One would think that they (Hasbro Studios and Polygon) would get faster as they became more familiar with their work and with the addition of staff, programming as well as the continued usage of recycled props and the like.

I don’t think it was made clear whether Hasbro Studios and Polygon work together or in tandem with one another, though together sounds like the more ideal approach, as Hasbro would be able to monitor the project better; however, a few Comic Con Q&A comments make it sound as though they work independently or at least at times they do:confused:

Anyway, it all depends on how far along in the story they are, animation and story-wise. For whatever its worth, the Blu-ray making of featurette states that Transformers Prime went into development in 2009, and first appeared on TV in 2011.
