I mostly get about 6 or 7 hours of sleep every night. I'd like to sleep longer, but I have a lot to do in the evening and I have to get up early in the morning to go to work. I usually get more sleep on the weekends.
5 hours I cant sleep alot I guess it's because my body is used to it when i was working crazy long hours a few years ago. Sometimes i wake up before my alarm clock goes on
I don't have insomnia. I just don't like to sleep a lot >V> I put 3-4 hrs, though I have gone on 2-3, but the former is my constant during the week. I'd pretty much classify myself as nocternal, I'm more comforted sleeping in daylight than in the dark. During the weekens I'll go for 6-8
Depends on when I have to work, but most days I go to bed around 1 or 2 and get up around 10 or 10:30
My sleeping habits is all messed up because of my job. I can go to bed and wake up two hours later and can't go back to sleep. Four months ago I asked my doctor if she can prescribed something to help me to sleep and she refused. She said for me to use over the counter stuff like Unisome and Simonex. That stuff will work at first, but after awhile my body resist it and it doesn't work anymore.
