As hilarious as this story is...and it is indeed funny, one thing really bothers the hell outta me. These people walked into this guy's locked room, uninvited, saw him doing something while drunk in his own room and he gets arrested and labeled a sex offender? What the HELL is that all about? That's almost as ******ed about that news story where the cops broke into some guys home and arrested him because he was storing a life sized Lara Croft statue with her guns out, and then confiscated and fined the guy. People complain personal rights in the US are getting stricter, but at least we can screw our bikes in peace without fear of the man busting in and ruining our fun!
That's what I said. I mean, given that the bike is just an innanimate object, you can ignore it (as funny as it is) and describe the scene as a guy being arrested and labeled a sex offender for masturbating (oddly) alone in his own locked room. If that becomes precedent, every teenage boy in the world has just become a sex offender.

i think his right to privacy wasn't as great as everyone thinks being as he was staying in a hostel. i'm not exactly sure what arrangements he had, but at the very least he should've put like a Do Not Disturb sign up or something
