I've never dealt with them before how are they?

I was considering ordering a Henkei Sunstreaker and pre-ordering a Henkei Ironhide and Bluestreak.

I do business with them quite frequently and have not encountered any bad experiences. I currently have my pre-order for MP-08 Grimlock with them.

Their packaging is always top notch from what I have received and their shipments are very prompt with timely delivery from UPS.

I highly recommend BBTS as much as TFW2005 supports them and will continue to do business with them.

I have been using BBTS for about 18 months and I have never had a problem with them. Their prices can be a tad expensive but their customer service is excellent. All of my items that I receive from them have been in excellent shape. I really never had any terrible experiences with them. If you did a pre-order item and decided not to get it (before it arrives), you will not get charged until it ships. Also the Pile of Loot is a very nice feature that they have, in which items can sit there until you tell them to ship them. Their packaging is great and very padded. I usually have them ship through USPS (first class mail) because it is a tad cheaper.

I've dealt with them twice now.
Both times, packages shipped in a week and a half.
    Holiday weeks both times.
Excellent packing, plenty of bubble wrap, toys and backing cards intact.
    Good service.

I have not used them but by looking at their website, but they are in Hong Kong so even if the product is $10 cheaper than BBTS, the shipping costs might be a tad higher.

Prices can vary--sometimes they can be pricey, while other things can be a steal (especially if they're clearing out).

Never had an issue with them. I just got the City Commander armor last week, and just today got a couple of Roadbot figures. As in the past, they've always been reliable.

BBTS is awesome, so fun to do business with and their Pile of Loot system rocks. S/H is a lot these days so it's nice to have a way to save items and ship them later. They also have great customer service and not to mention they buy unwanted toys, it's how I'm able to get my City Commander Armor set :D  .

    BBTS is great.

I've been doing business with them for years, really since about a month after they started up and started posting here. I've gotten lots of figures from them; sometimes I paid a bit more, sometimes I got them cheap. They've got top notch customer shipping and are uber reliable in my book.

I have done business with them several times this year. Each and every time shipping has taken about a week and the packaging has been excellent. They also have good sales on a regular basis. The pile of loot feature is also nice. I highly recommend them. Go for it!

BBTS is my main source. Great shipping and you know what they are getting. I don't mind paying a little extra for great packages. Always my first choice for non store stuff.

Everything MC said...the POL (pile of loot) system is brilliant...also I love being able to preorder (and cancel if I choose) and not ever be charged until it's in stock...

    BBTS is the awesomesauce.

They are not always the low price leader, but there prices are never way too high and the customer service and packaging is great.

BBTS is a bit expensive (I guess) but they have excellent customer service. They often have great sales. Like the sale they had a couple of days ago I ordered a brand new Soul of Chokogin (sp?) Ideon for $144.03.

I bought my Alt rodimus from them, it was an ok experience , they overcharged me on shiping , they charged me almost double what the shipping price said on the package. But alot of people seem to like them more then other sites, i myself always look for someone cheaper cause bbts prices are a bit high one some things.

This. And their and pile-of-loot system is great, too.

I've bought stuff from BBTS for around 7 years and haven't had a bad transaction yet. Their prices are a bit outrageous on store exclusives, but other than that they're top notch!:thumbs2:
