These just arrived. But no Destro...WTF? On the positive side I really am impressed with the paint scheme on Tit Menasor. I had reservations about the purchase, but I am extremely happy with it.

The legs on the Sgt. Slaughter custom from SDCC belong to Destro. I'm sure that Roadblock and Gung-Ho would work fine though.

How did you get 4 Rodimus figures? I thought the limit was 2. Anyway glad you got your order. Strange that Destro didn't ship with your order.

I called Hasbro and the woman I spoke with told me Destro was deffinately shipped seperately, because she had two tracking numbers for my order and both went out on the 31st. Though she couldn't give a reason why. I have 2 HTS accounts. I did that when they were limiting you to one Classics Grimlock per order and I wanted to bash one into Trypticon.

It's an exclusive to the convention this year. The card looks like it will be 25th Anniversary style. Maybe the figure will be too. I really want it but doubt I will get it since I'm not a member of the club. Here's a link to the thread on Hisstank.com.

    25th Anniversary...Rowdy Roddy Piper?!?

Link no work, but when I’m done here I was going to head over to Hisstank anyway so I’ll look for the thread.

Luckily I have a bro going to Jocon this year and already picking something up for me. Hopefully he is willing to pick up one of these also.

Ehhh...just go around to cracking open a single 25th anniversary figure (Joe SS). All I can say is WOW! If G.I. Joe's were this kind of POS in the 80's we certainly wouldn't be getting these now. They are pretty to look at, but crappy toys. Those little Army men I thought were junk from Wal-Mart for like $10 a 3-pack are better toys than these things. I'm glad I opened a single figure before I opened one of the box sets...they will stay in their boxes and keep on looking pretty. If I even keep them. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Dang, I've heard of the poseability issues, but are they seriously that poor? I understand the Cobra set is supposed to be much better than the Joes anyways, but even snake-eyes is bad? is it the lack of the o-rings, or something much more sinister? I think I'll still pick up these sets, but that is a bit disheartening Moonstreaker.

My complaints have been minor, I think they are very cool and some of the best Joes I have ever seen.

At the JOE booth at SDCC the rep said future waves will have improved posability.

i got the joe set, a few weeks ago, and teh cobra set coming in from Digital-toys.com ( best price i've seen online)

i have nothing but praise for these figures, i have no idea what you guys are talking about pose issues, i can pose mine 100 times better than thier 1982 counterparts, and exceed my expectations.

Sure, they can have WAIST articulation, and get even more poses, but still, these figs are damn damn damn wicked!
