In the show, I saw him transformed a couple of times. I'm really confused. At first I thought he has a similar transformation scheme to 2006 Classics Bumblebee. Then I noticed that he has the upper half of the front car bumper on his shoulders AND the lower half on his feet. Also, he has the tail light on his knees. So, how does he transform practically? Has anyone figured that out? This bugs me a lot.

I'd imagine he transforms similarly to the Thrilling 30 Deluxe Class Bumblebee, but deviates in a few ways.

I just looked at some pictures, I think the knees are his lower front lights (you can see part of the grill on his knees), and the feet are the taillights. The upper front lights are on the shoulders.

Seconded. The lower front lights are split during the transformation sequence which supports this

Now that baffles me even more. How could the front bumper split into his shoulders and knees? I can't think of any sensible transformation based on this design. This is why Cyberverse can't have a good toy. It's impossible to translate into a toy. Unless it's cheated, of course.

Oh that's easy... The front bumper just becomes the shoulders, the knees are the REAR bumper. And the lights on his feet are fake.

IDW Bumblebee basically has the same design with a different chest. That's the biggest difference is that this clearly has the roof of his vehicle mode on his chest rather than folded up onto his back. They could still technically do this just by remolding Thrilling 30 Bumblebee and just changing the chest plate in robot mode to look like that.

Anyway... this is why I'm just repurposing my IDW Bee as Cyberverse rather than getting one of those crappy toys.
