How do you think a TF film produced by Marvel Studios in conjunction with Hasbro would turn out and would you like to see Hasbro produce their own films (with Paramount as a possible distributor)?

Given how well most of their superhero movies have turned out, I'd love it if Marvel Studios did TF movies.

To be honest, I think it would demolish how Bay's films turned out. I like Bay to an extent. But I think Marvel would be able to give the movies a much needed facelift with keeping the G1 part to it alive.

    Best Regards,

1.) Yes, they probably would demolish the Bay movies. I agree with that. Love the movies, but the way Marvel does things is just...better? For the lack of a more specific term.
2.) The G1 parts to the movies are very much alive, actually. Whether in the form of subtle design influences, major character appearances, out-and-out fan nods, references, lines, animation, and even entire story elements. I'm not saying the movies are entirely G1, or should or shouldn't be. Just saying that there is actually a lot that these movies have in common with G1 - be it by overall intelligent design, or the production staff sneaking things in under the radar.

My trousers, would also be DEVASTATED. :bay

Take TF2007, take out the toilet humour, replace Shia Labeaouf and Megan Fox with respectable actors and you got a marvel-produced TF film.

The tone of TF2007 is very similar to Iron Man, Thor and Captain America, I think. A Marvel-produced film wouldn't be that different.

I would love and avengers/transformers crossover with the bay films if handled right!

I reckon a Marvel Studios-produced movie could do a good job. I'm usually pretty content with their stuff. Applied to Transformers I don't see it being any worse than BayFormers.

That's sort of how I think it would be, too - basically the same as the Bay-directed movies, but with (at least slightly) better story coherence and less immature humor.

It would automatically be better than the Bay films, IMHO.

I think this could turn out really well. This is a really great idea. Wonder why I did not have it myself. At least Marvel Animation could do some one shots and show what they are capable of. I like the Marvel Animated movies.

They would probably be super mediocre forgetable and unspectacular action flicks, you know, like pretty much every single one of their movies.
