Zip lock bags in Tupperware storage bins. Takes up a minimal of space and they are way more organized than just being put into a random drawer.

Parts are mostly in this plastic box, others are floating around, boxes are stuffed in the storage room, and cardbacks are currently sitting on this couch thing that's stuffed into a spare bedroom. I've been wanting to organize things for like a year, but other shit keeps getting in the way.

I have a drawer for instructions and two tubs for guns. I might label 'em at some point.

    - Instructions and pertinent information from boxes (artwork, stats, bios, etc) get scanned into my computer and the physical copies thrown away. Any instructions or box components that I want to keep, but are too big to scan easily, go into my parts bin with the instructions in a Ziploc bag.
    - Extra weapons - In Ziploc bags, sorted out by series, except for G1 parts which I had to divide up into separate Autobot and Decepticon bags. Bags stored in a heavy-duty plastic container.
    - Trading cards - Not many figures come with these any more, but the ones I have are stored in card sleeves in a binder.

I have my accessories in a wooden box. I throw away my instructions and boxes. I kept around 10 boxes at most and they're in the attic

    Instructions are in suspended folders.
Accessories are in two boxes, some inside plastic bags

Broken bots are in a box with other broked/cheap toys that I use to entertain children when their parents brought them here. I don't know if you do that, but is great idea to not have kids breaking your collection toys ;)

I keep all my instructions in plastic box folders and sorted by collection.

G1 and BW are together(I have so few)then the Unicron trilogy stuff then Movieverse and CHUG.that way everything is easily found.

all my unused acsessories are kept in a large storage box but bagged seperately.for example all my Combiners are dismantled into their indivdual teams members at the moment.but all those parts are kept in seperate ziplock bags, which are all labelled by team.

Im also displaying my Dinobots as Dinos at the moment so all their swords etc are stowed away in a baggie-its the only way.

outside the teams I dont have that many acsessories going around.which is a good thing I suppose!!

For accessories, I have guns for the RiD Minibots and the big guns from Ultra Magnus and a couple of random missiles so I don't have a whole lot to store, but I wanted it all in one place so, thank you all for sharing.

All the weapons are stored in Ziploc bag like most of you do.

Wait...store? As in, organization? Uh... I tend to just shove the instructions in a drawer and try to keep unused accessories close by with the figure they came with. Mostly.

Yeah, organization and I aren't exactly on speaking terms right now.:lolol

I keep my instructions in protective sleeves that I put in 3 ring binders. They are all transformer themed and I keep them by series except for Optimus and Megatron, they each get their own folder.

Accessories go in some plastic tackle boxes I got from Bass Pro.

Some I put in clear card holders that I use as risers on my display shelves.

I've not kept instructions since the days of Armada.

Non displayed figures (and accompanying weapon) are either in a plastic bag or in a storage tote (sometimes both).

I don't keep the boxes (not since Beast Wars).

I have a big ol' shoebox of instructions, then two boxes about half that size; figures on my shelves hold/use their extra parts, figures in my drawer have their parts stored in one of those boxes, and the other is for mini-cons/other smaller figures (including legends and my couple of KO Micromaster teams).

Accessories stay with their respective figure. Instructions go to the recycle bin.
