    What kind of spray paint?

I've had luck with my ultrasonic parts clearner and using Super Clean to take paint off.

Don't worry if you don't have a cleaner, you can let the part soak in Super Clean and it will probably take the paint off.

If you sprayed with Fusion, that stuff is not coming off.

you could, but you run the risk of messing up the plastic underneath.

I would just try the Super Clean.

Not true. 99% Isopropanol Alcohol will take it off, as long as you soak it long enough.

What are you trying to take paint off?

Yeah, you should be safe with 99% iso, just check on it every 1 or 2hrs.
Get yourself a med to hard bristle toothbrush to help scrub the paint off once it's started to bubble really well.
You may have to do that a few times.

Yep, this is solid advice. I'd recommend using a scrap cloth to rub as much as you can off first, then swipe the tooth brush to it. With certain sprays, sometimes it just cakes off when you remove it. As NP said, take a toothbrush for those hard to reach areas :)

This is definitely not true. Krylon may be tough to remove, but it does come off. I've been able to remove it with a toothbrush soaked in paint thinner.
