I remove pins from LOC's and seekers by:

A nice sized nail (Appropriate for hole)
    Hammer
    Pliers

Simply get the peice in a secure spot, than "Tap tap taparoo"

    Hope this helps!

I read the guide on I think tfmaster.com, it said to take a hammer and a nail and very gently tap one side of the pin to see if it moves. If not, try the other side. Works great on old pins, but some (Hasbro reissue Sideswipe) have the ends of the pin expanded so it won't work.

If you can, get yourself one of these:

1/16" Pin Punch. I picked it up at the hardware store for $3. It is a lifesaver! As well as a thumbsaver! :thumb

Those are redily available at Lowes or Home Depot in the hand tool section. I have a full set of various sizes.

edit: Whops, saw where you are and am not sure if you have those stores. Check your local hardware store.
