I recently picked up two must-haves. HA Leadfoot and PCC Sledge.

I love Sledge, for his robot, vehicle (thing), and especially Throttle. But theres one thing about him that bothers me. His stubby arms. But luckly I came up with a way to lengthen them, which is swiving the shovel forward. It prevents any outward elbow movement, but it looks good. Especially when you put drill Throttle on the connecting peg.

But how do you position his arms? Shovels or stubs?

I used to have the shovels extended, too, and had the "super-mode" head as the 'main' one. A few more alterations here and there and an alternate robot mode evolved. I call him Hammer.

I like to think of Hammer as being the Punch/Shockwave to Sledge's Counterpunch/LongArm (or vice versa).

Granted his Decepticon badges are showing. Perhaps a pair of Rubsigns, one Con and one Bot?

    Huh? Sledge's arms aren't stubby.

They just seem short. I don't know why.

He's currently subbing for Steamhammer as the commander of the PCC Constructicon drones, so it's... not really an issue? :lol

If anything, his legs are a bit long. His hands come to his hips, which is normal and proportionate to the torso. It's probably the leg thing giving you the short arm impression.

    That's kinda cool, will try.

The combined-form head is way cooler than the normal Sledge head (which I never have on display).

I sometimes give him one long arm with a Minicon drill on the end.

I position Sledge with his hands out because that's why he's got hands.

I never really took a good look at Sledge before... the robot mode in the second shot looks really good.

Sledge is pretty cool. Though I like to just use his combiner head in his normal robot mode, it's just a way too badass face.
