I got him yesterday, and for the life of me, I can't get him to stand up. The "heels" aren't low enough to hit the ground, and his feet can't lean forward, so he just falls over backwards. Am I missing something?

Also, he has a tendency to fall apart when transforming....

    I had the same problem.

I take off the "backpack" I think it looks better, and balances the figure. I have no problems posing him now.
I made the "wings" removable on my Classics Megatron as well, so it just works for me.

Adding clear nail polish to the loose points seems to be the most popular way of fixing the falling apart problem. It worked perfectly for me.

I just did a basic "brick pose" with the legs a little apart and the arms swung slightly forward. He is a pain though.

According to the TFW Podcast you shouldn't try to transformer the Universe Galvatron.

Huh mine balances just fine. Make sure you transform the feet the right way. Should look like this:

I have the same falling apart problem with mine and I've come to the conclusion that he's not really a Transformer; he's just a really cool looking puzzle.

Whoa.... Okay, spreading the legs out and turning them outward seems to work. Also, is it just the lighting, or does yours look darker? Mine's a very bright purple... not dark like that picture...

I have to agree, he is a very interesting Puzzle- and it is a challenge to transform him without something popping off, but it can be done!

Though to get him to stand up I just adjust the purple feet so that they are level with the ground and make him hunch forwards slightly and he's fine.

A stepping forward pose works very well. The right foot should be out in front and flat - the back foot is back a little and he is on his toe. I left it at work, but I'll take a photo on Tuesday.

its because hes shit thats why...seriously why didnt hasbro just give us ENERGON MEGATRON repainted heavily as galvatron, add some tank tracks were the shoulder blasters were, add on a decent arm cannon and mod it slightly. it would have been so much better than this awful crap

god i hate this figure..got him today..and he's SO bad...every joint is loose, except for the ones that are connected to the loose joints, which are extremely tight, resulting in the whole section popping off...and he's so hard to stand up (the whole point of this thread :D )
its a shame, coz although he's small, he looks really great and has a very nice transformation and i WANT to like this figure, but its just so poorly put together

And you'd complain about repaints if Hasbro were to try that I'm sure.

It's a really nice mold but has its problems. Like most things.
