I like mine with almost any kind of pasta (spaghetti preferrably, but other types of noodles will work), and meat sauce with a dash of chili powder to give it a kick.

What about the rest of you?

    Parmesan Cheese
    Various Pasta Sauces
    Whole Grain Pasta

On occasion Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Pasta.

Al dente. Olive Oil. The rest is up to you, really (I recommend pesto).

I hate regular spaghetti noodles. I usually get elbows or rigatoni noodles

Thin spaghetti with ragu meat flavored sauce mixed with hamburger meat and sausage. I also add cholula hot sauce.

I don't. I'm one of those strange folks who have no interest in pasta.

Al dente. I like the crunchy hint. It's definitely a needed texture.

My kids prefer it springy which I assume most think is Al dente. Yeah. that's not al dente.

But I like my noodles springy. It captures the flavour better and of course Asian always cook with different textures already in there so the meal's never boring.

I guess it also depends on what kind of pasta we're talking about. Anything thicker than 1.25 mm I prefer springy like noodles.

For my pasta, I tend to swap between spaghetti when doing more traditional meat sauces and penne when doing stuff with Pesto (usually a mix of sun dried tomato and chill/red peppers)
