I can't decide whether to display him with coronation gear on or off.

The figure looks so cool with it on, yet it only represents a 30 second scene from the movie.

 

86' movie scene all the way..i will display S.storm w/o c. gear tho..

 

going to be with gear once i get it, i loved that scene, made all of his efforts worth it for one brief moment

 

The additions are reasonably well done in themselves, but just seem superfluous to me.

They were out of the box once, and that was it.

 

I display him without his coronation gear for the same reason why I don't display Grimlock with his crown. I don't remember them that way and it looks kinda tacky.

 

I'll be displaying mine with his coronation gear right in the middle of his Seeker armada.

 

Just as I did with MP Grimlock's crown, apron, etc. accessories, I won't even remove the coronation gear from MP Starscream's box. It's the figures I want - not the stuff they wore/used for all of 20 seconds one time in a cartoon scene or comic panel.

 

Bare bones robot mode for now. May give the coronation set a whirl later, though.
