Got an open cabinet with one shelf for most of my combiners; a shelf of some of my MISB BT's; Brave Max and TFC Herc right on the top and a Miscellaneous section in its own corner. I've also got boxes on top of boxes of MISB Transformers in my bedroom with nowhere else to store :(  Couple of them are really expensive like an unused C9 Raiden giftset & unused Darkwings giftset, but they are WELL protected.

i have my shelf labeled with various scales and i put toys in their respective sections. unless it's something like a BW fig which are usually around 1/15 scale so they stay up above the computer. my older stuff like armada toys just stay in a box so i don't really count most of them as part of my collection.

Shelf 1 is Season 1 & 2 Autobots and Decepticons. Shelf 2 is Season 3. The top shelf of my computer desk is currently my Prime shelf, but will soon be my Season 1 & 2 Cybertron shelf. Next one down is the Starscream shrine. Below that is the Mighty Muggs & Bot Shots shelf. And then my Optimus Prime/Convoy mini-collection sits next to my monitor.

Forgot to mention that the bulk of my collection is Henkei, United, and the Classics lines. So that's what I mean by "Season 1," it's Season 1 Classics.

One big shelf for the majority of the collection, grouped by media and then faction (with some fudging, like, my Universe Galvatron goes with my Armada Unicron, as well as my Universe figures and WFC figures, who I use as G1 since I'm not that into the originals).

I have another shelf for the big 4: Optimus, Megatron, Starscream, and Bumblebee (I know Bee hasn't always been a big player, but I've got more than enough plastic for him to hold his own on this shelf).

The last shelf is the active shelf, where I currently keep Prime figures (because I'm actively collecting them as they are released). These are the only figures I pose.

I've a big shelf on which I alternatively dispose in robot mode my favorite ones:
    1) G1 seekers, the constructicons and dinobots Grimlock and Sludge, this last one in dino mode;they're Autobots but I consider them related to the constructicons for the rivalry.
    Or:
    2)G1 Devastator,Bruticus,Menasor,Abominus,Predaking(or 2/3 Predacons in robot mode)

I need other 2 shelves so I can display much more Tf's at the same time,a lot of my items are stored in boxes.

Well, my small collection consists of:

-Two Classics/WFC shelves dedicated to Autobots and Decepticons

    -One for the Wreckers

-One for the Commandos (my 'Con equivalent of the Wreckers)

-One for jet-black aircraft (RotF Mindwipe, Skystalker, Jetfire, and such)

    -One dedicated to Skywarps.

If I really wanted to, I could probably get everything to fit onto a single shelf. :redface2:

Many Animated shelves (Megatrons, Optimus, Botcon 2011, Cybertron Guys (Team Athenia, Team Chaar, Elite Guard), Ark Crew, Nemesis Crew, Later Decepticons, Earth created Transformers and Activators). One G1/Animated (Animated Legends, G1 Metroplex, G1 Mini Bots and Seacons), one for Classics, one for Movie and some others sharing other shelves with different lines, books, etc...

I must be one of the few who display mine more by character. If there are multiple lines with the same 'bot or 'con I will have them grouped together that way as more of an evolution of the character. I also have a Prime cabinet I built for all of the Optimus. Glass shelves on the wall for Megatron and various other 'Cons. Two curios that I keep most of my combiners in. Any solo transformers are then grouped by line and mixed in.

By line and by faction. For G1, also occasionally by subgroup (e.g. I have an Autobot Headmaster shelf, Autobot Targetmaster / Powermaster shelf, and same for the 'cons). Bases / larger figures displayed on top of the bookcases.

The bulk of my collection are MISB, stored in plastic bins. The loose ones are placed in plastic boxes, that are stored inside plastic cabinets. I have no display cabinet yet.

Recently I started a spot for my biggies, like from voyagers, ultras, leaders & etc..And I must admit I rather like them like that. But I doubt I will do the rest that way.I also have the rest set up by lines like G1,Beast Wars, and so forth. But that's my collection in a nutshell.
