a pic could help. That way we can see where the break is. Alot of times though you can drill a hole in the stem of the ball joint on both sides of the break. Use a piece of metal like from a paperclip, in the hole you drilled then glue or apoxy resin it all together. I would then maybe sand down the ball joint to make it a little looser depending on if it broke cause of tightness.
WP's right; you can probably fix it by regluing it, drilling a hole through the join and gluing a pin in for strength, but it'd be a good idea to show us a pic or two of the broken piece, so we can get a better idea of your options.
Not Skywarp, the current hardest to get seeker! I was wondering about how to fix that sort of situation too. A pin in there should do the trick.
