How do I contact Hasbro About QC Problems?

    Hello everybody, I recently received a kickback from amazon, and I found out just now that my kickback was mis-assembled. Do you know where I can contact Hasbro about this problem?

    I think you're better off contacting the Amazon retailer than Hasbro itself.

    I barely know shit about Amazon so I ignore my ignorance if the Amazon retailer is Hasbro.

    What ^ said. If you contact Hasbro and send it back in to them, be prepared to get a Prime Bumblebee as a replacement, or something equally random.

    Yeah, go through Amazon, not Hasbro. They'll send you something they consider "equal" value.

    Don't contact Hasbro Toy Shop. They are not the same as Hasbro itself.

    If you want to contact Hasbro directly you have options here:
    Hasbro Online Customer Service | Hasbro

    However, as has been advised do not waste your time with them. Be ready for them to tell you to send it back and they will send you most likely a coupon.

    Contact Amazon or the seller on Amazon if the item was not sold directly by Amazon.

    Back in the day, if you got a figure with a broken or missing piece, all you needed to do was write them a nice letter (the paper kind) and explain the issue. They'd send either the part or a full replacement in about a month. Of course, this was back during the days of 'points' and mail-aways, so the times have really changed.

    To get another one, I'd go through amazon. But you can still call hasbro and complain. I did over FE Bulkhead and his bicep swivel.

    Thanks everybody, I contacted Amazon about the problem and mailed kickback back to them. Lucky for me, kickback was in stock at that time so I ordered another one.
