Oh yeah, I remember that. It's something like 3 Divebombs, 2 Cruel Locks, an Insecticon and a Ravage. There's some joint swapping, head cutting, and glueing. 1 Divebomb is the chest, an Insecticon behind and beneath him, another Divebomb for each arm, a Ravage for a waist, and the Cruel-locks for legs. I'm sure it was mentioned here before. And maybe even at Remy's board as well.
I have one on my shelf right now. There is NO cutting or gluing involved, he's built entirely out of the parts that come with just those figures. I'll take a pic if you want. Edit: Ok, I did. Like I said, no cutting or gluing. I did have to file a flat edge onto one of the weapon parts so it's peg could fit into the launcher to make his sword, but that was the only mod I had to do, and it doesn't affect the original function of that part. It's easy, I can explain if you want with pics.
Ok, where would you like me to start? The body seems to be troublesome for some people...a pic of his back may help. and the weapon: If anybody has any specific questions, I can try to help. All parts from all the figures are used in him and his weapon, EXCEPT the missle for the launcher. I haven't found a use for that. Here's an older pic:

interesting... I wish I had enough of these figures to do this, that would make an awsome addition to any collection... TERRORKING LIVES!!!! I think that name would suit him well... or her if you would perfer that.
wow, I'd like detailed instructions on the body itself, and maybe the legs... that arm shot makes it easy to see how you tf the divebombs for that... Andy
Body - Start with this: Here is the chest part: The divebomb legs on the chest part wrap around Insecticon's narrow midsection, and then you fold Ravage's rear legs up and "lock" them into place, holding the whole mess together. It takes a bit of fiddling. Left leg: The energon part in his hand goes through his hand, and into the hole on Ravage. Ravage's paw tucks into the dino head. Of course, the other leg and arm are mirror images of these. WHEW! I hope that explains all the main bits. He's a bit of a puzzle, but keep fiddling, looking at the pics, and you'll figure it out. He stays together pretty well, except for the legs. A paw held by friction inside a dino head does not make a very solid connection, so making him stand up straight can be a bit tricky. Have fun!
