    How did Optimus Prime get his abs? I've always wondered on how Optimus got his abs in the movie. Do you think he literally pumped some iron at nest or did they just magically appear. Also what part of his truck make his abs?

    None of us know exactly how, it's never directly addressed - and it didn't really need to be. We can only assume things like "he got his abs/chest repaired after the events of RotF" or "it's a natural evolution for a species of advanced alien robots".

    As for what part of the truck makes up his new abs, the same part of the truck that made up his grill-abs before: THE FRONT GRILL OF THE TRUCK (and various other little truck pieces that form into his mid-section). If you watch his transformations, it's pretty much like any other Optimus design/transformation. Front grill of the truck = abdominal section.
