So here's the deal; I live in Taiwan and, aside from select series, we don't much programming from the West. When we do, the shows are usually horribly censored. Are there any sites I can go to that provide international streaming? Last I checked Netflix doesn't. I don't mind paying a monthly fee if I have to.

Legally, you wont be watching anything from outside your country uncensored. I suggest you set up a proxy at your place, with the hard drive outside and a big strong magnet to cripple it the moment some officer come knocking at your door. Most legal streaming service provider would have parameter sets that would not allow their contents to be streamed outside their country or only stream in certain countries as well. Either you find one that allow your country (and I don't want to touch on the subject Taiwan/China/China Mainland). Or, you can subscribe to NetFlix or something, and use proxy service or something to fool them you are streaming from allowed location.

Try going through a VPN, there are many that offer them for a fee, but it allows for a legal way to watch streaming series as the sites think you are streaming from the correct country. So you can often view full shows on sites that offer them freely in their home country.

hulu doesn't work outside North America...as far as I remember. It may have changed or just wasn't available where I was.

There are places all over the net where you can watch what you want to watch. While not entirely legal, they provide.

I recommend that you buy or import the home release if you like what you see just so that you support the franchise. I'm doing it with all the Anime I've watched online.

As for torrents, I only resort to those and direct downloads if a home release is not available or if a number of episodes never saw home release. Other than that, support, support, support!

Check if your TV provider offers an online service.
I can watch all of the programs included in my TV package online, plus a couple of extra channels.
