There is a torrent floating around with every sound/noise from every episode available. Some of them have had rudimentary cleaning on them to get rid of other background noise.

I take alot of what I use off of Youtube by cutting up episodes and even modifying words if needed. I can send you everything I have if you post your email. There is a sight dedicated to Unicron that has sounds. There is also a Shockwave page with alot of sounds too.
I can also show you how to deaden(normalize) or boost sounds if needed.

It would help if you had some sort of audio/video capturing device on your computer. Back when I was studying Graphic Design, we used software that allowed you to record audio/video from a tape-deck or DVD onto your computer. With that software, you can "rip" the sound you wanted from the video source, and save it as a wave-file.
I haven't done that in years and no longer have the equipment for doing so.

I can't put a link to the torrent here because it has music in it as well as sound effects. On another topic, if I lived in a hut and made a lot of iso's I would never be able to make more than #41539558

It is a pity that hasbro don't release a real cd of the sounds used in Transformers. I guess they have lost most of the original recordings.
